1. How do I find and reserve a hotel with your service?

 

NearbyStay.com now lists over 100,000 hotels around the world. Simply select the destination of your choice from the menu and you will see a selection of hotels sorted by price, name, best value or star.

 

NearbyStay.com offers are in the 1-star to 5-star categories, and will usually have 4 - 6 photos of important features such as the exterior, rooms, dining and recreational facilities, etc. Important amenities/facilities and any additional facilities will be listed on each hotel page.

 

 

2. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

 

The rates listed on NearbyStay.com are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly, you will usually be charged an average of 10% to 50% more.

 

3. What if I am afraid of sending my credit card information on the net?

 

NearbyStay.com uses the latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology to ensure the safety and security of your credit card transaction. The SSL encodes your personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number. If you are not wanting to enter your credit card information on the site, you may call NearbyStay.com toll free <Toll Free No> and speak to one of our customer care people. They will be more than happy to assist you with your Hotel Bookings. Remember, we won't be able to process your request without credit card information. 4. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

 

After we receive your reservation, we will send you an immediate e-mail confirmation. This e-mail will include your hotel voucher, showing your booking details. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

If you do not receive any mail from us within 1 working day after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately at sales@nearbystay.com quoting your booking reference number. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

 

5. Can I change my hotel reservation?

 

If for any reason you wish to change your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. You can email us at (make sure to include your Booking ID). One of our reservation consultants will get back to you with a response as quickly as possible.

 

6.What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

7.Can I make a reservation directly through the telephone or fax ?

 

Yes, we accept the reservation by telephone or Fax! If you have no access to internet, or feel convenient to contact by phone.
